Vicente Fuster Ruiz has extensive professional experience of 20 years in the world of football. He has worked as coach, 2nd coach, goalkeeper coach, sports director, scouting, methodology area director, and as talent recruiter.

For 6 years he was the 1st coach of Villarreal CF youth categories, a team that plays in the First Division of the Spanish League LaLiga. During those years, he coached more than 70 players. Some of them currently stand out in the cadet and juvenile categories. Vicente follows the evolution of all of them, hoping they will succeed and get to debut with the first team. In that stage he achieved two league titles (2010/2011 and 2013/2014), also winning in several tournaments in which very young players participated with great enthusiasm.

In this club he was also a talent hunter and scout.

He has lived in China since 2016. The Football Federation of Hainan region hired him to work with the goalkeepers of U-18 National Team. Simultaneously he plays the role of goalkeeper coach at Hainan Boying Seamen FC, a professional team from China that wants to reach the elite of football in that country. The work he did has allowed the team to improve their numbers of goals conceded.

Vicente Fuster Ruiz began his 11 year period at Atlético Vallbonense, Regional Preferred team of the Valencia Region (Spain); working with children categories U-13 and later U-18, getting the promotion in the first year, which led him to manage the cadet team (U-15) in the Autonomic Category (highest category of cadet football Sub-15 in Spain). Two years later he made his debut as coach of the first team, with which he achieved a promotion after winning the first position in the league as a champion team.

At the same time, Vicente’s passion for football led him to combine his work with these teams, by helping as a teacher and lecturer in different countries such as Spain, Guatemala, Ukraine and China.
